This place has a completely separate bedroom and an outstandingly accommodating staff, offering free wake up calls and ironing services.

The size of the suite was amazing, very comfortable. The view was beautiful. We felt right at home the moment we walked in. Also, it was nice to have the room service option, the menu looked great. The TV and DVD in the living room were nice to have, usually there is no DVD player in hotels.

The elevators are slow.

The location was excellent, the room itself was more than I had expected, the view of the harbour was gorgeous..

The breakfast was satisfactory. the hotel has exceptional views. - It has an amazing location just off the harbour, shops, and restaurants. - the bed was exceptionally comfortable. - It's a fabulous location in Victoria. - the room is well-appointed and had all necessary amenities, a living room, and a lounge.

Our trip involved 2 adult couples so we stayed in the "suite" - 2 individual bedrooms/baths and a shared kitchenette/dining/living room area. Our room was right at the harbor/dock. We loved it! Got to see ships, planes, fishing..... There were several great restaurants, wonderful shopping and excellent night life pubs within walking distance. Really a great way to see Victoria. We were only there for 3 days and we plan on visiting Victoria again and plan on staying at the Victoria Regent Waterfront Hotel & Suites AGAIN! did I say...great staff...

The suite we were upgraded to was quite luxurious. The location for shopping in Victoria was excellent - near Chinatown and other shopping areas. It was still a reasonable walk to teh main tourist attractions.

The venue is upscale and offers a great breakfast. It has a wonderful location next to all downtown Victoria. - the area has a view of the harbour and the attractions and restaurants in Victoria. - the staff is always pleasant.

The location of this place was amazing, just a short walk from Chinatown, and the room was incredible with a living room, kitchen, and lounge, plus all the staff were fantastic.

The place was wonderful and pleasant and the staff were exceptionally nice, the location was stunning in the parliament building. I booked exquisite and fashionable room with a delicious complimentary continental, bedroom, a partial view.

The location was fantastic. Right on the water with views of the inner harbor from all windows. The two bedroom suite was large and comfortable.

No down pillows. They said too many people were allergic, but I would have liked a choice.
